DO YOU MAKE REPAIRS TO SHOES?
No, at this time we do make any direct repairs to the shoes themselves.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY LAUNDRY UPON DELIVERY?
Should there be an issue with your laundry, call us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Please understand that some issues, like persistent stains, may not be able to be resolved regardless of available products and our efforts.
WILL MY INFORMATION BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL AND SAFE?
Absolutely! We make every effort to protect your personal information in strict confidentiality. In the case of Internet provided information, we do not sell or provide this personal data to any third parties; it is only used to manage your order requests with the highest level of service possible.
HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR LAUNDRY SERVICES?
You can pay for our cleaning services either by cash, debit card or credit card. We accept all major credit cards.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE CLEANING SERVICE?
For laundry Wash & Fold, Headgear, and baby items services takes a maximum of 2 days for us to bring it back to you and see a smile on your face. For Footwear cleaning services can take a minimum of 2 days, but can take a max of 4 business days depending on depth cleaning and restoration needs
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR THE PICKUP AND DELIVERY?
It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your laundry
